Recipe : Bournvita Fudge Cookies || Without Oven

Bournvita sounds good with Milk but what when we take it as a main ingredient for Cookies. 
I made these Bournvita Fudge Cookies that too Without Oven using Wheat Flour (healthy Option) .
Note : You can use Refined Flour also . 
It's easy to made so let's give a try .
Preparation time: 50 minutes. 
Ingredients Required: 
1. Wheat Flour : 300 gms 
2. Powdered sugar : 100 gms 
3. Bournvita : 75-90 gms 
4. Ghee/ Butter : 1 small cup
5. Milk : 1 cup. 
Method of Preparation:
1. Take a bowl , add powdered sugar & ghee . 
2. Add wheat flour and Bournvita in the bowl and mix well. 
3. Now add milk and knead a soft dough. 
4. Add water if required to knead a soft dough. 
5. Make round balls out of dough and press it forming a shape of tikkis. 
6. Prepare a salt bed in a kadai and put a porous strainer over it. 
7. Keep the flame on medium and sprinkle some flour over porous strainer . 
8. Put all cookies on this porous plate and cover with a lid. 
9. Let it dry cook for 30 minutes. 
10.After 30 minutes,  Keep these cookies in a air tight container and enjoy from next day with your tea . 
Note: Taste may vary if you use Refined Flour in place of wheat flour but wheat flour is a healthy option . 
You can even use choco chips in the dough to make it more chocolaty .
