So pizza is missing these days because of Lockdown and obviously we all are craving for it!
I can feel the same pain by the way XD!
Nothing can match Pizza but for this lockdown duration I am Sharing this Semolina Pizza which is not only taste like a pizza but also an uttapam variation.
Tried to combine these both (Pizza + Uttapam ) .
To make it more Healthy , I choose Cottage Cheese instead of Cheese .
Here is the recipe !

Ingredients Required:
1. Semolina (250 gms)
2. Curd (1 cup)
3. Salt (Taste to taste )
4. Black pepper (1 tspn)
5. Chopped Veggies (tomato, onion, capsicum , green chilli , boiled corn ) (2 bowls)
6. Ketchup (4 tbsp)
7. Oil ( for shallow frying )
8. Water (for batter)
9. Grated Cottage cheese (1 bowl)
10. Oregano & chilli flakes.
Method of Preparation:
1. Take a bowl , add Semolina and curd .
Add salt , Black pepper and water & mix well.
2. Prepare a thick batter same like Uttapam.
3. Keep this batter for 20 minutes aside.
4.After 20 minutes, In a pan , add little oil and pour the batter and spread in circular motion .
5. Cook from both the side.
6. On top spread ketchup and then add all chopped Veggies and sprinkle grated Cottage cheese . Let it cook little bit and take it out in a plate.
7. Sprinkle seasonings .
8. Cut in triangular pieces and serve hot with Mayonnaise or any dip.
