Recipe : Garlic Naan without Tandoor

Garlic naan - Indian bread liked by all.
Try this homemade Garlic Naan without tandoor with just simple basic ingredients at home. 
This lockdown let's cook together & lead a safe quarantine by staying home & enjoying cooking. 
Servings : 4 PCs 
Preparation time : 35-45 minutes. 
Ingredients Required :
1. Refined flour/ Maida (2 cups )
2. Curd (half cup )
3. Oil ( 4 spoon)
4. Salt (taste to taste)
5 . Baking powder (1/2 tsp)
6. Cooking Soda (1/2 tsp)
7. Chopped Garlic (1 bowl )
8. Chopped coriander leaves (1 bowl)
9. Water (for kneading & applying on naan to stick on tawa)
Method of Preparation:
1. Take a bowl , add refined flour , Curd, salt , baking powder , cooking Soda , one spoon oil ,bone spoon of Garlic (chopped) & water & knead the dough.
2. After kneading, keep the dough for resting for 15-20 minutes. 
3. Now make round balls of dough and roll it into round shape but in little elongated way.
4. Sprinkle some Garlic & coriander on top side of naan & roll gently again .
5. On another plain side of naan , apply water evenly. 
6. Put this naan of tawa with plain side directly touching the tawa.
7. Keep the flame medium and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. 
8. Flip the tawa slowly and roast garlic side of naan .
9. Take out the naan , apply some butter or ghee 
10. Serve.
