Recipe : Rawa Utthapam

Rawa Utthapam is a great choice for breakfast in India. It's easy , delicious & healthiest option for all. 
Preparation time : 40 minutes 
Servings : 2 
Ingredients Required: 
1. Semolina (1 cup ) 
2. Curd (1/2 cup )
3. Cooking Soda (1 tsp)
4. Salt (as per taste )
5. Chopped Veggies (1 cup) 
6. Oil (for shallow frying) 
7. Water (as per need) 
Method of Preparation : 
1. Add semolina & Curd .
2. Add Salt and water and mix well forming a       batter . 
3. Let it rest for 20 minutes. 
4. Chop veggies like Tomatoes, onions, green chilli , carrot , curry leaves/ coriander leaves etc. during resting time of batter.
5. Add cooking Soda to the batter & mix again.
6. Evenly grease the tawa/ pan with oil. Keep the flame low while cooking uttapam. 
7. Spread batter in circular way . 
8.Sprinkle chopped veggies on top . 
9. Close the tawa & let it cook . 
10. Flip the uttapam and cook veggie side of uttapam. 
11. Serve with Coconut Chutney or ketchup .
