Recipe : Sugar free Shrikhand

Shrikhand is a sweet dish made by  hung curd (Yogurt) and powdered sugar.
Today I'm using Sugar free so that you can enjoy it if you are health conscious then too!

It is basically an assortment of silky smooth curd, a hint of flavoring and a crunch of dry fruits.

Shrikhand Sweet is mostly popular in Gujarat and Maharashtra as a dessert or a side dish that is savored with joy along with Puri. 
So let's begin with the making of this too easy recipe .

Ingredients Required :
1. Curd ( 400gms)
2 . Sugar free (5gms)
3. Pista Flakes (5 gms)
Method :
1. Take a muslin Cloth and pour all curd into it. 
2. Make a Potli and hang this Curd for 2-3 hours so that excess water will be extracted . 
3. Now Hung Curd is ready. Take this hung Curd into a bowl. 
4. Add Sugar free in hung curd and mix well till it turns Creamy (usually takes 2 minutes ). 
5. Take it out in a bowl and garnish with Pista Flakes or Kesar . You can use dry fruits also as per your choice. 
6. Serve & enjoy!
