Recipe : Punjabi Chicken Masala

Ingredients Required : 
1. Chicken Pieces (250 gms)
2. Curd (1 bowl)
3. Tomato Puree (1 bowl)
4. Turmeric (2 tbsp )
5. Salt (2 tbsp)
6. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder (1 tbsp)
7. Cinnamon + Black Peppercorns Paste (2 spoons)
8. Onion Paste (1 cup)
9. Red Chilli + Garlic+ Ginger Paste (2 tbsp)
10. Red Chilli powder (1 tbsp)
11. Cream (1 bowl)
12. Cumin Seeds ( 1 tbsp)
13. Bay leaves (2-3)
 14. Oil ( 2 tbsp) 
15. Chopped coriander leaves 
16. Coriander powder (2 tbsp)
17. Pao Bhaji Masala (optional).
Method of Preparation:
1. Take a bowl , add Chicken Pieces .
2. Add one tbsp of salt , Turmeric , Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, coriander powder & one bowl of Curd and mix well. 
3. Keep this marination for 2-3 hours aside . 
4. After 2-3 hours , pour oil in a kadai and heat at medium flame. 
5. Add cumin seeds & Bay leaves . 
6. Add onion Paste and cook till golden brown in colour. 
7. Add Cinnamon & black Peppercorns Paste with garlic+ Ginger + Red Chilli paste . 
8. Add tomato puree and mix all. 
9. Add 1 tbsp of salt, Pao Bhaji Masala(optional) , Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, coriander powder & mix well. 
10. Mix and cook for 10 minutes then add Cream. 
11. Add the Marinated Chicken , mix with the gravy and close with a cover & let it cook for  30 minutes . 
12. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve.
